I have over 25 years experience in construction and timber buildings. The business is based in mid-Suffolk and we use our own local labour whenever possible.
We take great pride in creating beautiful timber frame garages and bespoke cart lodges in various timbers, oak, ash, larch or treated softwoods. Attention is given to details, using traditional carpentry skills.
We offer a complete ‘Design and Build’ service that will create a cart lodge building that is both beautiful and functional. We specialise in providing a complete service from design to planning to build, or whichever aspects you require.
We have experience with working on listed buildings and in the curtilage of a listed property, and we can liaise with local authorities over acceptable and suitable materials. If you need an existing structure demolished, we can do this and we can refurbish existing out buildings if required.
We had confidence in Steve from our initial meeting, when we felt he understood our requirements for building a replacement cart lodge and workshop. Throughout the design, planning and build, we were guided by Steve and his team’s expert knowledge and took great pleasure in watching the building take shape…. The completed cart lodge is greatly admired by any visitors to our property and every time I arrive home, I have a feeling of great satisfaction in knowing we made the right choice in Suffolk Cartlodges.
